Baked bell pepper with burrata, garlic, and parsley
Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers (different colors for better effect)
  • 200g burrata
  • clove of garlic, finely chopped And head of garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Rinse the Bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems, and cut them in half.
  • Cut the garlic cloves in half.
  • Arrange the peppers and garlic on a baking sheet or in a deep baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.

  • Place the baking dish with the peppers in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pepper skins are slightly charred and the peppers are soft.

  • In a large bowl, mix the sliced peppers, baked garlic, dried barberries, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 gram of ground coriander, and 1 gram of ground cardamom, 1 gram of ground star anise.
  • Place the seasoned peppers on a plate, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the peppers.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and a few barberry berries.
