Baked bell pepper with burrata, garlic, and parsley
Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers (different colors for better effect)
- 200g burrata
- clove of garlic, finely chopped And head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried barberries
- A few sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 gr ground coriander,
- 1 gram of ground cardamom,

Instructions:
- Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Rinse the Bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems, and cut them in half.
- Cut the garlic cloves in half.
- Arrange the peppers and garlic on a baking sheet or in a deep baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.

- Place the baking dish with the peppers in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pepper skins are slightly charred and the peppers are soft.

- In a large bowl, mix the sliced peppers, baked garlic, dried barberries, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 gram of ground coriander, and 1 gram of ground cardamom, 1 gram of ground star anise.
- Place the seasoned peppers on a plate, drizzle with olive oil.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the peppers.
- Sprinkle with parsley and a few barberry berries.
